My Bunker QOL update: hide side items
A toggle for HUD clutter, a repaired Halloween shop, and extra bug fixes.
The live Roblox description for My Bunker still leads with a QOL UPDATE block. Two bullets matter. You can show or remove the items on the side of the screen. The Halloween shop GUI was fixed. Extra bug fixes ride along. This page is the practical guide to that pass: what to toggle, why the shop repair matters, and how the timestamp around 30 August 2026 fits a game that launched on 4 August 2025.
QOL is not a new bunker. It does not add Rainy. It does not publish codes. It is the patch you feel when the index icon is finally visible and the seasonal shop stops eating clicks. Read it with the Halloween shop page (the GUI that broke) and the updates hub (the map of every named note).
Side-screen items: show or remove
The description’s first bullet is a visibility toggle for the items stacked on the side of the display. In a crate tycoon that stack is usually shop shortcuts, event tiles, and collection prompts. The index uses mutation icons; Day 9 made those icons a selling point. If the side stack covers them, you cannot tell a Rainy Prison from a plain Prison without walking every pad.
Use the toggle when:
- You are comparing index glyphs before a fuse.
- You are on a small display. Commenters already said mobile was hard before launch.
- You are filming a plot and do not want event art over the conveyor.
Leave the items on when:
- You still need the Halloween shop entry and have not memorized the button.
- You are a tester reproducing a GUI bug and need the broken control visible.
The toggle does not hide other players. Servers still hold six people. Guards still matter. Offline cash still uses whatever bunker you left placed. QOL is a camera clean-up, not a stealth mode.
Halloween shop GUI fixed
The second bullet exists because the seasonal shop was not clickable or not readable for some clients. A shop you cannot open is a crate you cannot buy. Day 11 promised a new shop with cheap prices; Halloween wrapped that shop in event art. When the GUI failed, players could still see a Halloween loading screen and still not spend. QOL is the repair note. Details of what the shop sells belong on the Halloween shop page so this article can stay about the fix.
If the panel still misbehaves after you toggle side items off, report it on the Yeet Pizza Productions group with your device type. Do not download a “shop unlocker” from the scripts hub’s bad neighborhood.
Bug fixes, unnamed on purpose
The description adds “fixed bugs” without a list. We will not invent one. Placement effects and sounds from Day 6, offline rewards from the same short, and base upgrades from Day 11 are the systems most likely to have needed glue. If your crates no longer play a land effect, if offline cash fails to appear on rejoin, or if a shop tile shows $999,999/s that the index does not honor, treat that as a bug, not as a feature. Marketing numbers were already a problem before QOL; the patch does not certify them.
The 30 August 2026 timestamp
Roblox experience pages expose an “updated” time that is not always a named patch. Around 30 August 2026 the API still showed this title as recently touched. That is consistent with a live tycoon whose description still advertises QOL. It is not a second launch date. The launch remains 4 August 2025. It is not a promise that Electric, artifacts, or Rainy landed on that August 2026 day — those already existed in 2025 shorts and in 2025–2026 sessions.
When the timestamp moves again with no description change, this page will not grow a fake “hotfix 3” header. We wait for text we can quote.
What QOL does not change
- Server size stays 6.
- Genre stays Simulation / Tycoon.
- Owner stays Dumbyeet1111 / Yeet under group 33642706.
- Fuse goals stay Space into Black Hole and Lockdown plus rogue robot toward Lockdown Ultimate, as community sessions describe them.
- Bunker ranks do not jump because the HUD is cleaner.
- No Trello appeared. No Discord invite appeared. No codes appeared on the codes hub.
Practical order after you patch in
- Toggle side items off once and see whether the index and conveyor are readable.
- Open the Halloween shop if the loading screen still sells the season; confirm the GUI actually opens.
- Collect offline cash before you buy a crate, so you know the Day 6 reward path still works.
- Hire a guard if the plot is naked. QOL did not add PvP, but it also did not remove neighbors.
- Only then spend on armored or OP crates. A clean HUD is a terrible reason to impulse-buy a thumbnail.
If you are new, finish getting started before you hunt every QOL toggle. The loop is still crate, bunker, guard, cash. This update just lets you see the loop. For design intent, watch the Day 11 short where the shop and Electric bunkers were introduced; QOL is the later cleanup pass that made those UI pieces usable.
Frequently Asked Questions

What did the My Bunker QOL update add?
A toggle to show or hide side-screen items, a fix for the Halloween shop GUI, and unspecified bug fixes. It is described on the live Roblox page.

No. It only clears HUD clutter so you can read the index, including Rainy icons, and the conveyor.
When did QOL ship?
The description still advertises it. Roblox showed an experience update around 30 August 2026. Launch day remains 4 August 2025.
Is the Halloween shop part of QOL?
QOL repaired the shop GUI. The seasonal shop itself is covered on the Halloween shop page.
Did QOL add codes or a Discord?
No. Still no confirmed codes, Trello, or official Discord. Use the group wall for owner text.
